Coming up in June!
Helloooo,
here’s the menu,
-June 2nd
we’ll start with a Tahiti 80 party (#2) at Le Motel (Paris 11è), with Axe Riverboy & Lecube performing acoustic sets. Mederic (aka Spanky) & Leks from musical blog “Requiem Pour Un Twister” will spin various things, such as records.

Shortly afterwards, we’ll be back at the lab finishing remixes for The Postmarks & Brookville (both on unfiltered records).
-June 18th, 19th, 21th
We’ll hit the road for a few shows in Villeurbanne, Chartres & Six Four Les Plages respectively. The last show will take place for La Fête de la Musique, which is usually a day off for musicians (that’s how we see it) but this year we’ll make an exception and we’ll celebrate the social virtues of Music (and the negative effects of alcohol on it!)
-Around June 22th 29th
The Unpredictable Remix EP will be out . It’ll feature versions by Pony Taylor (SFA meets ELO) MaRadioStar (Soft Cell meets QOTSA), Wagner Love (Steve Miller Band circa Abracadabra meets electro pop) & Flairs (French Touch Mk1 meets early Blur) plus an All Around remix by Jacob Vetter (Björk meets library music). hope you did the references & comparisons! Anyway, they’re all different & awesome.

-June 26th
We’ve been commissioned by the city of Rouen to “select” and “design” elements of music/ songs to be played just before the “De Monet aux Pixels” projections. We’ve been working on acapella songs from various artists and we’ll bring some synths and real time fx to be played live. Sounds quite exciting.
Then on…
-June 27th
…Mederic and I (together with Fugu, Cascadeur & Wheel) will play an acoustic set for our friends of ww2w in Caen. We’ll finish the night with a DJ set.

-June 28th
We’ll jump on Eurostar to perform for Queens of Sounds at Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen. Same line up, Spanky & me on a sunday night in London.

-June 29th
on Monday, we’ll keep the same formula and do an in store at Pure Grooves (around 2 pm)…
and then, it will be July another story…
love
X
