For once, I can’t say my usual punchline “last nite’s show was great” etc. Because there was no show as we couldn’t perform last night at Summer Sonic Tokyo……Can you believe this?

We were due to play the headlining show at the Beach Stage. But during Jack Penate’s show,  we felt a few raindrops which quickly evolved into somekind of tropic storm, thunder, lightning et al. Then we heard a crazy noise coming from the PA (a huge scroutch) and that was it really…Broken, Kaputt.

Fans were waiting under the rain, thanks so much for the dedication by the way, while the stage was being cleared. I came and talked to them, saying we might play on a different stage later on, something that both our promoter & us tried to arrange, but unfortunately it was not possible.

It’s really frustrating, but c’est la vie, bad luck etc.
